§1: The provider is a photographer and supplies both its services and the purchase of paintings on.
§2: Return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal

a) All prices are inclusive of VAT to understand.
The payments are to be provided either in advance, cash or invoice.
b) The shipping costs are not included here.
These are in normal Briefversand at 3, – € shipping and handling fee. Parcels and packages we charge 1: 1 with the shipping price Deutsche Post DHL or plus 3, – Euro administration fee.
c) Retention of title: Invoiced but unpaid images remain our property and subject to copyright law in respect of any use. Images that we issued for selection shall remain our property and may be published, or reproduced.
§ 5: Transfer of risk, transport damage, Warranty and Disclaimer
The statutory provisions, in particular reference is made to §649 BGB.
§6: IP
All products we recordings are works protected under the Copyright Protection Act. Any reproduction or copying of photographs created by us requires each of our express permission. Our images can be printed in magazines, newspapers, brochures or other media without naming the author. In case of failure, incomplete, incorrectly placed or non-allocable, copyright notice, a surcharge of 100% of the agreed fee will be charged. The payments no rights of use. COPYRIGHT imprints on our photographs may not be removed. Changes in our photos using photo composing or through other electronic means to produce a new copyrighted item are only permitted with the prior written consent of the photographer.
